I had just bought a WRX from the boise suburu dealership about 2 months ago. Took it to Stateline autograph suburu in fruitland for my first oil change. An hour later the mechanic comes up to me telling me about 2 months ago. Took it to Stateline autograph suburu in fruitland for my first oil change. An hour later the mechanic comes up to me telling me he broke my drain plug off because it was torqued too hard and he wont be able to fix it. I said what can we do? He replied that I will need a new oil pan and they quoted me at 640 dollars. I said hold on you guys broke it? They told me to call the last location I took it to. I told them I just bought it in boise at the dealership 2 months prior. They said I needed to call them. I called the boise location and they told me that the fruitland place broke it so it's not their fault. Calling both places for the rest of the day until finally the boise place said they will do all the work for free I just needed to get my car there. Boise ordered an oversized drain plug and sent it to fruitland. The fruitland location STILL charged me for an oil change AND the drain plug that boise sent over. Then when I got my car, Ron at the fruitland location told me i needed about 1700 dollars of work and to NOT take the survey if I cant answer 5 stars on everything. The boise location has my car right now and theyre making everything right. They also told me that the 1700 dollars fruitland tried to charge me has already been done before I bought the car 2 months prior. Thank you Larry H miller. I will never be coming back to this More
Absolutely no pressure to sell you a car at this dealership. Just a very nice and friendly staff. Window was fixed quickly and seems to be working fine. Loved how nice and clean car was when I got back.. Asked them to fax insurance the bill hoping they would reimburse some of it. Service was good, however I asked for a dash light to be looked into months ago with my last service. The light was shut off but the issue was not resolved. This time I asked again, Robert shut it off again looked into months ago with my last service. The light was shut off but the issue was not resolved. The service department did a great job accommodating servicing of my 2017 Nissan Rogue before I had to go out of town. They provided ride to and from my Fruitland Substitute Teacher Training on the day servicing of my 2017 Nissan Rogue before I had to go out of town. FINALLY, to my surprise, my vehicle was given a bath!!! I really appreciated the accommodations and friendly helpful people. Looking forward to bringing my vehicle in again! :-) More
Was travelling when my 2021 Outback experienced some mechanical issue. We limped into the dealership where we met Robert Head, explained our experience, and answered his questions.
