Old car died... wanted to stick with Subaru I needed a reliable wagon to transport my 78 yr old mom and 100 yr old grandmother and their walker and wheelchair respectively. I had my previous Outback wagon for 13 years and it never let me down, and it was just the right height for my mom and grandma to get in and out without struggling. So I’m committed to Subaru 100%. Best case scenario I got screwed over by another dealership (Prestige Auto in Westport MA) and the guys in the service department at Stateline were extremely patient and I got screwed over by another dealership (Prestige Auto in Westport MA) and the guys in the service department at Stateline were extremely patient and helpful in trying to resolve the issue. Service was fast and they fixed an issue that was the other dealerships fault even though they weren’t obligated to. They made the best out of a bad situation, I would highly recommend Stateline. He is an honest car salesman and he made the process of buying a new Outback very enjoyable. He never put any pressure on me because he understood that buying a new car is a very big decision. I was very comfortable talking to him. When I did decide to buy the car, Damian Carvalho showed me how to use and access everything --- Starlink, cruise control, radio and all that. He was very patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Again, as with Stephen, I felt very comfortable talking to him. Both of these gentlemen are an asset to Stateline. More

Terrible I bought a used car from Stateline Subaru. After waiting two weeks for my registration they called me to come in for a sticker, oil change and to hav I bought a used car from Stateline Subaru. After waiting two weeks for my registration they called me to come in for a sticker, oil change and to have a button looked at on the middle console. Came in at 8:30 at 11:30 upon my return nothing was done! Marc told me to come back for 4pm. Upon second return and wasting my whole day only sticker and reg were done. Marc said I would have to see sales about button because he won’t fix it. Sales manager Brian extremely rude and not helpful said he won’t cover coat to fix the button. They didn’t even try to fix the problem . Spoke to GM he was useless as well he did not care about my time that was wasted. He gave me the run around and wanted me to make another appt next week just so they can tell me that they can’t fix the problem again. The upsetting part is that no one even addressed the issue they just avoided it and wasted my time. I will never use this dealership again or recommend it to anyone! More
