Everything was great and I felt good about my lease deal until I got home and dug into the details of the documents. It was then that I realized the deal was not what I had agreed to. My lease was supposed until I got home and dug into the details of the documents. It was then that I realized the deal was not what I had agreed to. My lease was supposed to be as advertised on their website. A 3year, 36,000 miles, .15cents per mile over-mileage. However, the actual lease documents stated 3year, 30,000 miles, .25cents per mile over-mileage. I called the parent company to confirm the posted offer on the website. They said that the 3year, 36,000 miles, .15cents per mile over-mileage was if you finance through Subaru. Well, Stateline didn't disclose that and financed my lease through Rockland Federal Credit Union which changed my deal. Of course, this was Stateline's best deal. Not mine!!!! Watch out for Jay Deleon in Finance. He will just ask you to Initial and sign the documents without any explanation of the documents. MY BAD for trusting him! Don't be taken like I was! I followed up with 2 calls to the General sales manager Joe Dibiasio the next day for an explanation on the discrepancies. Had to leave messages. He didn't have the professional courtesy of returning my calls!!!! It's the old saying with Stateline "Out of sight, out of mind!" The only time that Joe tried to contact me, was AFTER I submitted my feedback survey a week later to Subaru which aired my disgust and grievances. I will NEVER use or go back to this dealership again for anything! After getting no help from Stateline Subaru, I contacted the lease department at Subaru.com. Why wasn't I offered the chance to finance thru Subaru? The dealership chose Rockland Credit Union without any explanations on the differences between the two companies. This was my first lease experience, and I am disgusted!! I want you share my experience with others, so they do not fall into the same trap that I did! In my opinion, stay away from Stateline Subaru!!!! More

Fortunately, we didn’t buy from Stateline Subaru because we didn’t like the requirement that you had to take the financing option or pay an extra fee. They must get a kickback from the finance company. Are we didn’t like the requirement that you had to take the financing option or pay an extra fee. They must get a kickback from the finance company. Are they in the banking business or the car selling business??? Glad I read the review that recommends RUN! More

I stopped by to have my battery replaced under the settlement to replace the undersized battery in all 2018 ish Subaru Outbacks. Usually I get my service at Patriots Subaru 40 miles away compared to S settlement to replace the undersized battery in all 2018 ish Subaru Outbacks. Usually I get my service at Patriots Subaru 40 miles away compared to Stateline at 5 miles away because the service dept at Stateline is consistently deplorable. Today was no different. I was told that because I get service at Patriot Sub I would need to have this battery recall done there. Then I was told to get my VIN as though I was inconveniencing this tech agent. For weeks I chatted w Courtney on buying a vehicle there. Not only will I never visit service there again I’d never consider buying there. How does this place stay in business. Would recommend neither service or sales. It’s all connected. Stay away. This isn’t the first or second time for poor service. Filed complaint w Subaru Corporate. Something in my chat w Corporate worker informed me complaints against Stateline are commonplace. More

We've used Stateline Service since we bought the '18- all good. When we bought the '20 we were told we'd get a better price with financing, so we financed for the required minimum of 4 months. Now the experience gets ruined. Stateline Subaru (part of the 24 Auto Group) outsources their financing to a bank called Fifth Third. Fifth Third oursources their call center overseas, so after lengthy menus and options you hopefully will speak with a human- with a foreign accent. We never received a payment booklet for our loan payments, nor any emails or texts. 5 weeks after we purchased the car we received a delinquency notice. Numerous phone calls and emails later we learn that Fifth Third has outsourced their billing department. After 4 months of failed communications we paid off the car, but I was dinged over 100 points on my credit rating (over 800) for a delinquency; Fifth Third claimed their outsourced billing department had sent me a payment book. Welcome to Corporate American customer service. DO NOT USE Stateline and especially their lame financing. There are lots of options out their. More

Excited to go today after speaking with several people to install a remote start for my daughter. A Christmas present surprise brought some reading material all set only to find out that apparently I should install a remote start for my daughter. A Christmas present surprise brought some reading material all set only to find out that apparently I should have ordered the part because all the service folks I spoke to did not think to order that part for the appointment for the remote start So disappointed and can’t believe that’s called customer service Really very sad Is there no Customer service anymore? Does anyone have common sense? More
RUN ! !!!! as far away from this deceptive bottom feeding dealership , they won't sell you a car unless you agree to all of the extra add ons and the big p !!!! as far away from this deceptive bottom feeding dealership , they won't sell you a car unless you agree to all of the extra add ons and the big price tag for them. I got all of the numbers for the car over the phone and when I went to the dealership to put a deposit down the numbers where much higher and if you had your own financing they wouldn't sell you the vehicle . Car dealers like this need us more than we need them but right now they act like they are in the driver seat and doing us a favor bending us over to take our money . Shop around and you will see that there are car dealers that care about their customers and not just their bottom line . RUN FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
