Cordial, expedient, first class service I was greeted properly the minute I entered the service bay and Brian was really nice and went over everything with me and I found him to be super personable. I can’t say enough good things about Stateline Subaru in Somerset, especially Brian, who always takes such great care of me and my car. Most recently, I brought my car in because of an issue with the radio/computer system. What initially seemed like a simple reset turned into a much more complicated process when the computer froze. The repair took longer than expected, but Brian kept me informed every step of the way, explaining what was happening and making sure I never felt left in the dark. Since then, I haven’t had a single issue with the system. Everyone at Stateline Subaru is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about their customers. As a woman bringing my car into a service department that is primarily staffed by men, I’ve never once felt intimidated or talked down to. Instead, I’ve always been treated with respect, kindness, and honesty. It’s rare to find a service department you actually look forward to visiting, but that’s exactly how I feel about Stateline Subaru. I highly recommend them, and Brian in particular, to anyone looking for trustworthy, top-notch service. More
