Terrible with time, communication & keeping clients update At first, my expierence was awesome and seemed legit...fast foward to 2weeks im still waiting on the title of the car they sold me, no one can give me At first, my expierence was awesome and seemed legit...fast foward to 2weeks im still waiting on the title of the car they sold me, no one can give me an answer. Everyone “doesnt know because that not what they do” managers to salesman never answer the phone when you call them. This place seems like its ran like a mom&pop shop very unprofessional...They will also pressure you to leave a review within 24hrs so they can hit their mark/goal for the month so be cautious to not leave a review until youre 100% satisfied, Only person to actually help me was Shaun. Keep yall posted on how much longer it takes and how everything works out More

Did we open a can of worms? Mark attempted to sell me $1400 of work that was covered by my warranty they said I didn't have anymore. It took about a week to get my car done and nothing was cleaned. They pulled the motor to do a head gasket and can't didn't even clean up the oil or antifreeze that spilled over the exterior of my car. So I spent an hour cleaning it up. I attempted to call to speak to someone on Saturday but had to leave a message. Got a call back on Monday night from someone apologizing for how they dropped the ball and to give them a shot in the future. I didn't know the future would be the next morning. Tuesday morning I discovered a huge oil puddle under my recently repaired car, so I drove it back to them and got my usual loaner ( has my phone BT programmed in ) I tried to be calm but I was so pissed, they called later that day and said the tech who worked on my engine, SAW & left a damaged and leaky oil crossover pipe and "thought it wasn't that bad so he left it in". xxx? Are you serious? Then they said he was "sorry". Yeah, sorry that I came back and they have to do the job correctly. It's warranty work, fix it right, don't just put it all back together so you can close the ticket. You pulled the engine out to do the head gasket and you put it in leaking oil? I bet they didn't even replace the timing chain while they were in there even though you have to take it out to fix the head gasket. Are any of the technicians ASE certified? To add insult to injury the part is on backorder. So far it's been two weeks in the shop for a worse off engine than it went in for. It's still there and will be until next week as long as they got all the "good enough" leaks finished. ALL I ASK IS THAT THEY FIX THE PROBLEMS THEY CAUSED AND FIX THEM PROPERLY. I'm trying to keep my cool and let them fix their mess but it's getting very tough to trust they know what they are doing. Now I'm looking at new cars at other dealerships to have a plan b ready if they can't fix it. More
