After leasing for 3 years, I purchased the Crosstrek. For a total of 8 years, I solely used their Service Center for all maintenance and the occasional repair. The best! This is my 3rd Subaru purchase. Twice dealing with Steve Chaves, the man is awesome-a pleasure to sit with, he is knowledgeable, patient, answers question ensuring your understanding Twice dealing with Steve Chaves, the man is awesome-a pleasure to sit with, he is knowledgeable, patient, answers question ensuring your understanding. No 'pressure" from Steve. Joe Messina gets a 'thumbs up" for making sure your at ease and asks if you are comfortable with process. Cannot say enough about Inna Perez, the woman has found her calling in being Business Manager. She is friendly, personable & patient. She is a pleasure to sit & speak with, she moves along quickly & efficiently her knowledge makes her an outstanding valuable employee along with Joe & Steve, I must acknowledge the service department also. Over the years I have been extremely satisfied with their understanding & completion of service in a timely manner. Recently I have dealt with Justin Luiz, once for an emergency tire issue, with no appointment on a Friday afternoon Justin took care of the issue & I was on my way sooner than I expected. Justin seems to enjoy his job & seeing to it that the customer is satisfied & happy. I think he has found his 'niche' in this service & wish him well...also a valuable employee. More
