We started with and put a deposit on a used vehicle, that night we changed our minds and went for a new vehicle. Everyone we dealt with was super understanding. The negotiating process (which we went thru twice since we changed our minds) was extremely easy and low pressure. The entire process to drive the new vehicle away was so much quicker and easier than any dealership we have dealt with, and we have purchased almost a dozen vehicles over the years. More

Stateline Subaru Bought a used Subaru from Stateline Subaru. After a long buying process, we drove the car off the lot the following Monday. They swapped the car mats Bought a used Subaru from Stateline Subaru. After a long buying process, we drove the car off the lot the following Monday. They swapped the car mats out for the Subaru all weather vs. the WeatherTech liners that were in the advertisement and promised to ship them the next day. The first time I went to start the car at home the battery was dead. AAA came to jump me (the dealership kindly reimbursed me for this charge) and said that the battery was actually dead. Drove it to dealership and noticed that A/C wasn't working, the condenser was also dead. Thankfully they fixed the battery issue and condenser for free as we had the car less than a week. Mats were delivered the next day, and Joe helped me secure a reimbursement for the AAA charge. I would caution any person buying a used vehicle to get the dates for the last inspection, and if over a few months, please insist that the dealership checks out the car again. The battery issue and the A/C issue were due to the car sitting on the lot since 2018. We got the oil changed and maintenance done at another Subaru dealership as we noticed on the Carfax report that it had not been changed since November 2018. The inspection came back fine but was good for our piece of mind after the battery and AC issue. More
Deceptive Dealership I originally got a quote through email from Ali and Tracy after finding the car I wanted on CarGurus. The quote was significantly lower than other quo I originally got a quote through email from Ali and Tracy after finding the car I wanted on CarGurus. The quote was significantly lower than other quotes I had gotten making me interested in buying from them. For over a week, I was emailing back and forth with them and wanted a clear cut quote as I didn’t want to have to drive 1 ½ hours down there so I asked many questions (what’s not included in the quote, do I have to trade in a car, is there any stipulations) and I was told I didn’t have to trade in a car, all the things not included in the quote were standard things (doc fees: 484, tax, registration). I spoke to another dealer and gave them the quote and they found that with the price they were quoting me, they’d lose ~$1,200. Again, I called and flat out mentioned what the other dealer said and asked how can they be making money in which they basically said it’s just high volume and having to finance through them. I went down there and given a quote which was around $2,000 more than the online quote they gave me. The quote I was given and the online quote includes a recent graduate discount and a military discount which was never mentioned and online it only mentioned that you had to finance through them. The quote included financing for 72 months. If you don’t finance through them it’s an additional $1,500. When I mentioned that this was never mentioned to me and that I was lied to, Inna stated that the whole point of Tracy and Ali was to get me in which she used to excuse the lying. I was already given a lower quote with a dealership who isn’t deceptive with pricing, gave me the exact car I wanted and didn’t require I finance through them. Stateline was able to match the pricing but I had to finance 72 months, get a different color than I wanted that was off of the lot. I went in with the intention of buying a car that day and left due to their lies and immediately bought with a dealership I knew I could trust. Be very careful when purchasing a car here. More
