If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. I went to this dealership to purchase a 2011 nissan versa and it ended up taking over two weeks (I’m still waiting for it) for the car to be registere I went to this dealership to purchase a 2011 nissan versa and it ended up taking over two weeks (I’m still waiting for it) for the car to be registered when we were promised a week to a week and a half. The staff treated my mom and I with disrespect, and service recovery actions were only taken when we sent my uncle in to the dealership to speak on our behalf because we clearly weren’t being listened too. I find this absolutely disgusting as it’s 2018 and men and women should be treated and respected equally. I currently work three jobs and have an internship that requires me to drive to house visits for early intervention services, so as i’m sure you can imagine being without a car has been extremely difficult for me. In a pathetic attempt of service recovery the dealership offered me a paid rental car for the duration of the time the car is being registered, but I can’t drive it because i’m under 25. This entire experience has been a disaster and an extreme inconvenience for my family. I am ashamed to say that we have bought for a car from this dealership. More

Great experience at Stateline Subaru. My husband and,I were looking for. 2018 Crosstrek. Inna and Chris were both very helpful and we did not feel any pressure to make a decision quickly. It turns out that we purchased Anna's car that she had just traded in. It was in very good condition and clearly well maintained. Inna has also offered to show us how everything works when we pick up the car. Thanks to both! More

Ignored at the counter Arrived for appt., 2 guys are both on their computers, one said hold on a sec am just finishing something, and he continued to type and shuffle papers Arrived for appt., 2 guys are both on their computers, one said hold on a sec am just finishing something, and he continued to type and shuffle papers and I waited and he typed and I waited and the other guy was on his computer and this went on and on for an embarrassing amount of time. I FINALLY was helped, another person came in and was immediately serviced by the other fellow on the computer. I felt like dirt and will never be bringing my car back there. More
