We are happy with the Jeep we bought, but not the customer service. Our sales person did what he needed to do to make a sale, then basically disappeared. He was your typical car salesman, fast talker customer service. Our sales person did what he needed to do to make a sale, then basically disappeared. He was your typical car salesman, fast talker just trying to close the deal. We picked up the Jeep a week later after they cleaned it, but noticed too late they did not put the floor mats back in. I asked several times if they could possibly send them to us (UPS) since the drive was an hour each way, but my request was ignored. We spent 40k cash so it didn’t seem like an unreasonable request. I let them know we weren’t happy with the lack of response and it would reflect in any reviews of the dealership- but I still never heard a peep. To their credit they did do a paint repair for us which was much appreciated. The general manager seemed like a good guy, so I was disappointed he never responded. It felt like once the sale was made, out of sight - out of mind. Unfortunately I would not buy another car there. More
