Has been dependable in the past. This time I felt that he customer service was lacking and the pricing was high. My service advisor quoted me $1400 for brakes, an oil change and stat This time I felt that he customer service was lacking and the pricing was high. My service advisor quoted me $1400 for brakes, an oil change and state inspection...as well as a new battery…as mine apparently failed when it was inspected. I had not been having any trouble with the battery prior to this app. I was also told that I needed to put new rotors on both the back and front of the car because “that’s how they do it now”. My car is only 3 years old with 60,000 miles on it. I definitely felt pressure to agree to all the work that was being proposed and did not feel as though my service advisor was open to helping me consider options and prioritize what absolutely had to be done. Additionally, I reviewed my multipoint inspection report when I got home, my front brakes had only been rated yellow…which is supposed to mean “needs future attention “. Unfortunately, my service advisor did not review this report with me prior to recommending repairs. More
