Station Chrysler is unlike your typical dealership, or any dealership I've ever dealt with for that matter. I cannot say enough good things about my experience from start to finish and most importantly th any dealership I've ever dealt with for that matter. I've been looking for a vehicle for at least 7 months, I talked to at minimum 10 dealerships, and this was the first time I felt comfortable moving forward with process because it felt like I was working with people who actually cared about my concerns. The team was transparent, honest, and incredibly kind and outgoing (Joe L. is absolutely hilarious and Justin D. is a walking encyclopedia, someone needs to get him on Jeopardy). They heard what I was saying and worked with me to make sure everything went flawlessly. Buying a new vehicle can be a long and trying process, but that's the opposite of what I experienced at Station Chrysler. I will absolutely be referring people to work with this team, especially Omar. If it's possible, I will work with Omar to purchase every vehicle I want from here on out. He was so meticulous about everything we needed to complete throughout the process and made sure I knew everything possible about my new Wrangler. This is a special team and dealership! My jeep had been to another dealer for service while I was away. They messed up and could not find the part needed. They left me high and dry. I called station and had my jeep towed to them.
