I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I picked it up and drove away my car was pulling to the right. I called station jeep and scheduled an appointment for the next morning to have t When I picked it up and drove away my car was pulling to the right. I called station jeep and scheduled an appointment for the next morning to have them look at that. They took it for a ride told me it was fine and there was nothing they could do. Which seems to be a trend with station jeep. (I have brought my car in a few times because of brake issues and my car has braked on its own for no reason at all three times.) each time they tell me the car did not do this while they had it. This was the last straw for me I asked them to have somebody go for a ride with me. The gentleman at the desk was extremely rude, rolled his eyes and told me he had no idea how long it would take for somebody to do that. After about five minutes a nice gentleman Sean, from the service department came out we went for a ride together he absolutely noticed that my car was pulling to the right brought it in switched the tires around and we drove it again. My car was fine at that point. Overall I have had negative experiences with Station Jeep, and do not recommend to anyone. More

Brought my 2017 jeep compass in for 35000 mi service. Had a no hassle check in with Victoria, asked to have any recommended work done. Got a call a few hours later and was good to go!
