I bought a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Station Jeep and was told that I had to purchase for $199. the window security etching which costs around $50. Had a persistent electrical problem and stuck with it till the end. It unfortunately took a while but to their credit they hung in there and provide a loaner and updates as to what they tried and eventua till the end.
