Scott Bregnard was my Sales Consultant, and he went above and beyond to make my deal become a reality!! He was extremely professsional and knowledgeable about my Wrangler, and made sure to show me all of its capabilities! He was very polite, easy to talk to and made the whole buying experience easy and non-stressful!! Sales manager wanted to over charge me Brendan, the sales manager is shady and dishonest. He negotiated the price $1500 over the advertised price, explaining that they had to recondition t Brendan, the sales manager is shady and dishonest. He negotiated the price $1500 over the advertised price, explaining that they had to recondition the vehicle and put new tires on. He must try this with everyone and assume that I am stupid. Obviously they have to put money into the truck and make a profit, but that is already reflected in the advertised price. I started leaving and that is when we negotiated a fair price. This negotiation was long, tense, and unnecessary. But this was not the only problem. One of the conditions of the price was that I had to finance through the dealership. Sounds reasonable, however, I have perfect credit and they charged me 2% above market rates. A week later I refinanced it on my own with DCU. While driving home on the highway ( the test drive was not on the highway), I noticed a vibration. I took it to a real Ram dealer and they said the dealer had mounted the new tires but never balanced them. They also told me about 3 open software recalls and promptly fixed these. Station should never have sold the truck with open recalls. Don’t go to Station Ram, there are plenty of other honest dealers around. More
