Victoria is excellent, and kept us informed. In her absence, we were given misinformation about the issues and in use of the extended warranty. It was noted on the original write up, and had a significant gash in the tire. Makes you wonder what else was missed. Of less significance, our appointment, though confirmed by text and email, was not in the appointment book at the dealer. About a week after we picked up the car, we received a text letting us know that we would be kept up-to-date on the progress while the car was in for service. Past history with excellence at this dealer will bring us back, but for this visit, many mistakes were made. The car is now running very well, and that is the most important thing. More
