Worked really hard At first visit to this dealership, it was a little earie and Skeptical. my wife and I came in in hopes of trading in my vehicle for another one. We wound up leaving due to this as anyone would because we felt a little deceived. How ever things turned around and the light came in and good things started happening. We unfortunately didn’t give them enough time to prove this at first visit. But we were invited back with significant and positive results. The salesperson Juliana I have to say is “very patient, kind and hard working” and derserves all the credit for what she did. Along with everyone else involved. They acted as a true team and worked together to make us happy. Things were hard at first to get my vehicle but it was the hard effort put into this that made it happen. We wound up getting a Jeep with the options we weren’t expecting and thus made our purchase even more positive. I’d highly recommend this dealership and I’m sure I’d be back for further purchases. Beyond wonderful! They are beyond wondetful! I had originally planned to purchase a vehicle at Rodman ford, however, after an awful experience with their salesman Andre They are beyond wondetful! I had originally planned to purchase a vehicle at Rodman ford, however, after an awful experience with their salesman Andrew and the sales manager, I decided to take a look at Jeeps. From my sales person Kevin, to the manager Brendan, and even the finance guy Justin, everyone was above and beyond amazing! They took time to not just sell me a vehicle, but to help me make a better educated decision based on my need, and budget. They also went out of their way to pick up an ALS awareness license plate, even though they have a registry on site. Justin also mentioned that they are now going to keep the ALS awareness plates on site, so anyone purchasing a car has the option to support this amazing cause, making them the only dealership in Massachusetts to offer this. Their commitment to not only serve my request, but incorporating it into standard practices, speaks volumes about their team, their company, and their mission to not just sell a car, but to help “drive an end to ALS”.
