The part of the experience we didn't like was when we came back after a couple of days with a check. Our appointment was around noon and we weren't taken in until about 4 or 4:30 pm.. we were finally called in to do our paperwork and were looking forward to getting it over with and driving our Jeep home but were told we cannot. They then had to call someone to educate themselves on license plates laws for RI; after which they transferred plates from our trade in on to the Jeep. More

Great Deal I decided to visit the dealership because they had a couple of leftover 2016 Renegades priced at a steep discount. I didn't plan on buying just browsing but the deal they offered was just too good. Plus the Mopar Lifetime bumper to bumper warranty just makes buying a Chrysler all the more easy. I orignally owned a 2007 Jeep Compass and put 200K+ miles on it. Now I plan to do the same with my 2017 Renegade. Juliana was my salesperson and she was great. Answered all my questions, worked with me on my warranty and pricing concerns and even helped me crunch some numbers. My overall experience with the dealership was great and I'll be bringing my Jeep there for all service. More
