Because of him and (I believe Kirstin) who I have spoken with on the phone, I plan on only bringing my jeep here to be serviced. He explained every feature my new 2024 Grand Cherokee had and was so patient helping me to pair my phone and explaining which apps to download and how they worked. His enthusiasm was contagious and you can tell Omar really enjoys what he does. Id also like to recognize the finance manager who helped me complete all of the leasing paperwork. She was down to earth and friendly. Numbers are not “my thing” and usually I’d have been super anxious making such a large purchase. She went over all the details of my lease and explained each document so I understood what I was signing. The other sales agents and the Manager were extremely kind and helpful. Everyone made me feel like a priority and I could tell they really wanted me to be comfortable and help with any questions I had. I left the dealership feeling fantastic! More
