I was given a complete nonsense answer as to why my computer is glitchy. It randomly restarts, doesn’t answer cape, freezes up - and the “reason” was because I proactively update my iPhone, and the ver computer is glitchy. It randomly restarts, doesn’t answer cape, freezes up - and the “reason” was because I proactively update my iPhone, and the version I am on is not compatible. That is an excuse if I ever heard one. Then I was also told that the recall was completed. I called the next day to check on that because I didn’t see it on the invoice and was told that the part needed was being ordered (even though on the app the parts were “in stock” that morning. I will never be back for service at this location once this recall is completed. Note I need to be without my truck ANOTHER day to get work done that was supposed to be done already. The only person remotely helpful was the girl who answered the phone to see if my recall had been completed. More
