We have been loyal customers of this dealership for years, purchasing a new car almost every year for my husband's business and bringing our vehicles in for servicing. However, my experience has drasti years, purchasing a new car almost every year for my husband's business and bringing our vehicles in for servicing. However, my experience has drastically changed. Last August, I faced issues with my brakes after just a year of owning the car. I spent over a thousand dollars to have everything fixed on a brand-new vehicle. Then in November, I encountered problems again, but the dealership claimed there was nothing wrong and attributed it to dirt in the brake pads. Now, just five months later, the brakes are completely worn out and the dealership has quoted me $1,500 for repairs. They stated that the warranty is void because they had supposedly fixed them in November, despite their earlier claim that nothing was wrong. How is it possible for an entire set of brakes to fail in less than ten months? I took my car to another shop, and they were shocked by what GMC had done. They informed me how dangerous it was to have taken my car back, especially with my children in it, as it posed a significant risk of brake failure and potential accidents. Additionally, they found a sensor that had been improperly reinstalled, which GMC had tried to charge me an extra $500 to fix. They also discovered that the real reason for my brake issues was a faulty caliper, something GMC never checked, instead blaming me for the brake failures after I had already raised concerns just three months after the initial repair. The treatment I received is unacceptable. You put my family's safety at risk, and as a result, we will no longer be doing business with you or recommending your services to anyone. I am extremely disappointed, especially considering the loyalty we’ve shown over the years. More
