It was hit or miss when Steele took over Nyle, but now it seems more consistent. We love our Service Advisor, Kyra, and we consider her a friend now. Chad & Jenny were AWESOME! I was 1500 miles from home and had accidentally pushed a button that put my Yukon in Auto 4 Wheel Drive mode. I took it in to Steele GMC being total I was 1500 miles from home and had accidentally pushed a button that put my Yukon in Auto 4 Wheel Drive mode. I took it in to Steele GMC being totally at their mercy on a repair I was afraid would include a new transmission. Much to my surprise instead of a $10,000 bill it was less than $200.00 which included diagnostic testing, oil change with filter, tires rotated and fluids topped off! Needless to say my husband was happier than me with the news! I highly recommend this dealership for their customer service and support, integrity and professionalism. Always nice to have trust in your mechanics when there are so many that easily could’ve taken advantage of my situation! Thank you Chad, Jenny and Steele GMC😄 More
