On Wednesday evening 12-29/2021 I put did an online inquiry for a 1500 Sierra. Thursday morning within 10 minutes of sales opening Andrew contacted me to discuss the vehicle. We set up a time for me to inquiry for a 1500 Sierra. Thursday morning within 10 minutes of sales opening Andrew contacted me to discuss the vehicle. We set up a time for me to come in and look at the truck and go over the buying process. From the minute I walked through the door Andrew and everyone at the dealership treated me like family. Andrew spent time to go over everything and answer all of the questions I had. Reid in Finance made sure I got any and all discounts I was eligible for. After the sale Andrew took all the time that was needed to go over everything on the truck and made sure I knew how everything worked. In this time when vehicles are selling themselves as soon as they show up the crew at Nyle Maxwell still puts the customer first and provides an excellent customer experience. I will be back. More
Nyle Maxwell has always been our go to GMC dealer. Always prompt courteous service. Our service advisor Chad V. kept us informed, making sure our vehicle was up to date on any recalls and offered his assista prompt courteous service. Very little communication while truck was at dealership. No one to explain if my items I brought the truck in for were addressed. Oil on my leather seats when I picked truck up. If you're interested in good customer service and a dealership that is attentive to the customer and does what they say, this is NOT the dealership for you. We went into the Round Rock location in dealership that is attentive to the customer and does what they say, this is NOT the dealership for you. We went into the Round Rock location in early November to discuss buying a 2022 Sierra Denali and spoke with Andrew. First impressions were really good, we left our contact information and asked him to email us specific differences between the Denali and the new Ultimate Denali (available next year). We never heard from him so on 11/19 I called to inquire again. He still couldn't (and as of this writing still has not) provided us with any information on the two Denali's, but he did text specs on a Denali that was available for sale. The next day 11/20 I sent him our custom build specs (texted because the website was not working to upload) and texted again after 3 hours of no response to ensure it was received and Andrew confirmed he had it. On November 24th I texted that I was following up on specs I sent 5 days before. I did not receive a response so I texted again on 11/29 asking if I should go to a different dealership and he responded the next day with: "Your build is submitted. GM just hasn't picked it up yet. There hasn't been any allocations." That was 11/30 and today is 12/7 and No clue what that means and I have had no further contact with Andrew.
