In May 2021 my husband and I purchased a brand new 2021 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. The car was absolutely beautiful and we loved it! A little of a year later in June 2022, a warning light " ACC/FCW Limited F Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. The car was absolutely beautiful and we loved it! A little of a year later in June 2022, a warning light " ACC/FCW Limited Functionality Service Required " began to display in my dash both when driving and while the vehicle was in park. I quickly made an appointment with Steele Northstar Dodge in San Antonio, to have the car serviced. After having my vehicle in their service department for over a week (no loaner provided), I was told that the problem that I was having was due to a faulty battery and it was replace. We happily picked the vehicle up and two weeks later, the same warning light presented itself again. I called Steele Northstar Dodge and they told me that it would be another week before they could look at it again, but assured me that it was completely safe to drive it in the meantime. The very next day, I stopped at HEB after work. When I returned to my car with my groceries, I was unable to unlock the car using the key fob, so I unlocked it manually. The alarm didn't sound and when I attempted to turn the vehicle, it would not start, it was completely dead. I called my husband for assistance. As I sat in the vehicle for over 30 minutes waiting for him to pick me up ( he was coming from work ), I heard a ding and looked down and everything on my dash began to light up and suddenly, I was able to start the car. I drove it home. the very next morning the exact same thing happened while I was trying to leave for work, I promptly called the dealership to have the car towed in. After having in the shop another week (no loaner) I was told that the computer module had to be reset and updated. We once again happily drove away in the vehicle. The very next day, I stopped to get gas, and the exact same warning light showed itself AGAIN! I promptly pumped my gas and was headed straight back to the dealership! While in route and diving the car down the feeder road, the car lost all power and completely shut down, causing the car behind me to nearly hit me. I managed to get the car into a bank parking lot and franticly called my husband. After about five minutes, all the lights on my dash panel began to go crazy and the car started. When my husband arrived he drove the car to the dealership. This time, the car was was in the shop for two weeks and this time we were told that there was a short in one of the electrical components. At this point, I am now terrified to drive this vehicle, so my husband being the wonderful human he is, began driving it and I began driving his. Ever thing seemed to be fine and then a week later while my husband was driving home from work at night, the car shut down and lost power AGAIN! We had the car towed back to Steele Northstar Dodge. This would now be the fourth time in the shop where it remained there from Aug. 16, 2022 to Dec.15, 2022. During this time, my husband filed a claim with Chrysler, I was without a loaner for one whole month until they were able to provide me with one, the car was torn completely apart, and getting in contact with anyone from the dealership or Chrysler to get updates or resolutions was near impossible. When we went to pick the car up after the fourth round of repairs, Steele Northstar Dodge tried to return the carto us dirty, scratched, and dented. It looked absolutely horrible! After reluctantly picking the vehicle up in December, the car has since been in the same shop, for the same problems five more times and it is currently there now. We have now filed 3 complaint cases with Chrysler without getting a satisfactory resolution. Even after having Master mechanics look at this vehicle, Steele Northsatr Dodge cannot seem to or care to repair this vehicle. Not all, but most of the customer service or lack there of has been Horrible! They rarely if at all call to give you updates, and if you call them, the receptionist is very rude, and you are on hold for ever! More

Vehicle I looked at was listed online for 61,800, including a 5,700 dealer discount. Sales guy comes up with a 4,000 rebate, yet in price on quite the 5,744 discount disappeared and vehicle msrp was lowered to reflect online price with a 4K rebate only. Feels like the 4K rebate should be on top of the 5,744 dealer discount, which would make the truck around 57-58k. I felt like like the whole process I was just being screwed over. I liked the truck, but your sales team failed to deliver completely, even with the sales guy knowing upfront I knew online pricing. Very disappointing experience, lives up to the name Steele from the customer. More
This was the worst service experience I’ve ever experienced in my life. Misleading information, quotes that bordered on bait and switch, rude service from staff and no attempts to find a solution experienced in my life. After breaking down and having no choice but to tow our vehicle this dealership and service team quoted us one thing but charged another. To our mistake we didn’t’ get the parts to see if what was repaired even needed it and despite requests the dealer didn’t provide this. The cost of repairs and parts we’re almost twice what they should have been, and the price quoted we thought was one thing but was over 200% higher at checkout. It went to the point where we had to notify the police to be able to retrieve our vehicle to ensure the staff at this location couldn’t cause us other issues. After having numerous vehicles serviced nationwide this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had, and I highly recommend to anyone that they avoid this location at all costs. More

I went in with my son who was looking for a vehicle. ..but mom found one instead! Took a test drive with Tony and then Alexander Hernandez (AJ) helped with all the financing.
