Poor Service First, thank you to Larry Davis for his attempt at service recovery. I purchased a 2019 Camaro early this year and recently started getting a passen First, thank you to Larry Davis for his attempt at service recovery. I purchased a 2019 Camaro early this year and recently started getting a passenger seat belt alert. When I brought it in, Daniel took my information and I advised I would be in the waiting area. I had previously been advised that I would be contacted within an hour of my wait regarding status. After two hours, and no status? I returned to the waiting area to find Daniel gone and my car out front. A gentleman checked on it and advised a part needed to be ordered and they would call me when it came in. When was someone going to tell me? I was contacted the following week by Daniel to advise the part was in. He expressed no real remorse and just indicated he was “ sorry I was disappointed, but it takes as long as it takes.” No mention of the fact that that he was gone or the lack of communication on his part. I brought the vehicle in to have the part replaced and Larry assisted me this time. Within an hour, he reluctantly advised me that the part was not actually needed, the sensor was just not plugged in. He expressed remorse for what I endured and helped me with a couple of other minor issues. I later learned Daniel is listed as the Service Manager!! My experience with the service department was the epitome of poor service and poor leadership. More
