This dealership is the best!!! We’ve bought 4 Ford trucks in the last two years and we will definitely ONLY use Crestview Ford from now on. Excellent Customer Service AFTER Hours! I arrived late, after hours, to pick up my car from the service department. When I found the service department was closed, I went to ask about this I arrived late, after hours, to pick up my car from the service department. When I found the service department was closed, I went to ask about this with 2 salespeople. These 2 immediately found my car, keys and service bill. They rang me up, wished me a good evening, delivered my car around front and sent me on my way. I am sorry that I did not get the names of these 2 people but, they know who they are. This happened around 6:30 pm on Tuesday, June 2, 2020. Ford Crestview personnel are top notch with customer service. This includes Jacob in the service department. My car is running great, thanks! Came in for oil change and tire rotation. Not bad, not great. Didn’t top off fluids like they said they would. Can’t be sure if they rotated the tires the way I asked. Average price.
