I will never go here ever again Very poor customer I will never go here ever again Very poor customer service I Took my car in for service To see if they can fix my speaker just one speaker that I will never go here ever again Very poor customer service I Took my car in for service To see if they can fix my speaker just one speaker that all lol lol after picking my car up I noticed that my Front passenger door was not put back together properly A piece of the door was hanging off and that really made me mad since I paid over 24,000 dollar’s for this car 2019 ford also there was grease black grease all over the in side of my over 24,000 dollar car On the inside passenger door and on my passenger seat as soon as I noticed that I brought it to the service departments attention and they acted like they didn’t give a rats xxx about it I explained to the gentleman what I seen when I got in the car and his first response to me was OK and So I had to ask him to fix the problem so after 10 minutes he decided to take it back to the back to have it detailed so after waiting 15 minutes late for another appointment I had with a client of mine they cannot get the grease off my door so I decided to cancel the order for my speaker I will be bringing my car to Gary Smith Ford in Fort Walton Beach where I get much better service Crestview ford sucks really bad and the employees are lazy and rude ever again will I go there And what is really sad is that was my very first time ever going to CRESTVIEW FORD Very very sad More
They did a Great job servicing my Truck. The Diesel Cooling System Tech reviewed the entire process required to perform the major service I requested with me and ensured I completely understood. Recall repair was completed as promised. When I went to pick up vechicle the receptionist was playing on her cell phone and didnt acknowledge me. So I went into sevice office, 1 employee was waiting on pick up vechicle the receptionist was playing on her cell phone and didnt acknowledge me. So I went into sevice office, 1 employee was waiting on another customer and the other employee was playing on his cell phone.
