1hr & 45min oil change with an appt. I made an appt to get an oil change today at 3:00. I arrived promptly at 3:00 and dropped my car off at the service department. After an 1hr & 15min I I made an appt to get an oil change today at 3:00. I arrived promptly at 3:00 and dropped my car off at the service department. After an 1hr & 15min I walked to the garage to see where my car was. It was still on the lift. As I was walking back the service department representative saw me and said my car was almost done. I went back to the waiting area. After another half hour the rep. finally brought me my keys. I asked her what could have possibly been the reason for an oil change to take 1hr & 45min. She told me that another car had arrived just before me. I questioned her for the purpose of making an appt. She had no valid response and simply apologized as if an apology was a sufficient compensation for my time. I told her and the cashier that I expected to be compensated for my time. She went to the computer and said that I could use $17 from my rewards program to help pay for the service. That's not compensation. I earned that credit through the rewards program and can use it at anytime. I paid my $54 bill for my standard oil change, which is ridiculous in itself, but I knew that before going so I can't complain about it. I own two newer ford vehicles valued at over $75000 but I will never step foot in that dealership again to spend money. I will only return there for recalls on the vehicle which are free and will have to clear an entire day to do so. (It is making me choose a name to submit this review. I set up an appointment with a service representative (femal Hello, I am writing this review about my latest visit to Hub City Ford Inc. in Crestview. I set up an appointment with a service representative (female, which I do not remember her name), this is were I got a little bothered, I told her my problem, which was "I hear a loud rumbling sound coming from my H-pipe on my exhaust." She said "What type of warranty you have because you might have to pay out of pocket, because some warranty companies don't cover that." Of course I know that, I came to the dealership because I have a Ford Warranty, I am more concerned about my car being serviced, not about it's warranty at the current moment. Please help, was all I can think of at that moment. Anyway, I set up my appointment for 8:30 AM, Friday. I get there, and she said "It might be here for a while, due to the back up of the day before's services." I said ok fine. exactly 4 hours go by and I am sitting in the lobby, I see my car getting driven around the parking lot a few times by a Tech and then it gets parked. I walk over to the service department and her exact words were "There is nothing we can do about it because you have an aftermarket exhaust on it, and that's not covered by warranty." I told her "Are you kidding me, since when does a ROUSH AXLE-BACK BOLT ON EXHAUST become the problem to an H-Pipe issue!" She then said "Our Tech said it's coming from the right rear exhaust and we can't do nothing about it." I said "I put my car on a lift and HEARD and SEEN where the noise is coming from, how can that determined by a Tech who drove my car around the lot 2-3 times and parked it!" She said "Ok let me find the Tech to ask him." Upon return, she says "Oh he left for lunch, sorry." At this point I get upset because now I feel like the Tech was in a rush to get to lunch so he quickly evaluated what he THOUGHT the problem was, so he can leave. I told her "It's fine, give me my keys and i'll fix it myself." She continued to apologize, but I just wanted to leave. I got my keys and came to a friends house and lifted the car up, started my car, heard the noise again and paid attention till I truly found the issue. IT WAS A HEAT SHIELD AROUND THE H PIPE EXHAUST THAT WAS LOOSE! I tightened the screw around the clamp holding the heat shield and the rumbling stopped..................... I was truly furious at this point because I trusted the DEALERSHIP, of which this is my SECOND vehicle I've purchased from them and they FAILED me MISERABLY. I will never ever go back to this dealership for anything! A simple task that could have been fixed if the Tech's wasn't in such a rush to go to lunch. More

Lost customer for LIFE!!!!!!!! Looked on line and saw they had a 2014 GT500 on lot so I called the used car dept. and spoke to Mark Seal. He informed me that it was not on lot yet b Looked on line and saw they had a 2014 GT500 on lot so I called the used car dept. and spoke to Mark Seal. He informed me that it was not on lot yet but would be glad to call when it was. After 5 days I called back and he said still not on lot because the transport truck broke down, so I said just let me know when it gets there well a week later it arrived so I give him a date and time I could be there to see it. Today at 9:00am. I drove up from Navarre with ever intention of buying the car so I had my son take me up to car lot in his older Mazda Speed3. I got out and ask for Mark I told the other salesman I would stay outside and start looking over the car. Well 15 min later Mark came out and opened car but would not let me see keys. He said he would be right back well 25 min later a sales Manager came out and said Mark was busy but here is a carfax and then he left well 25 min later I decided to go find someone to help me. I found Mark. I told him I liked the car and wanted to know price and test drive it. He replied we need to prequalify you before we start on numbers or before you can test drive the car. I said I was not going thru them for financing he said its our policy on a car like this. I replied before I can decide if I really want to buy it I need a price and to test drive. he said not till we prequalify you its our policy. I told him I could see this if I was 18 yrs old but I am not I am retired twice and working on 3rd retirement. I understand it is a very rare and powerful car but I have an older one with same HP already I just wanted a 14 GT500. I believe they saw me get out of sons car and judged the book by the cover and thought I was uncapable of buying the car. after they ran me around another 20 min about why I could not test drive the car another Manager said let him test drive it but you ride with him. I would not have had it any other way but my common sense got the best of me and I just simply told the all Thanks but if it is this hard to look at and test drive the car then It is just not the right car for me. I will take my Cash Money some else and tell all my friends of how I was treated !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Great buying experience I found the truck I wanted and worked with Mark Seal to make the deal. They weren't able to get quite to the price I wanted but they were close. They were able to get me a better interest rate than I got from my bank (where nobody has ever been able to do) which got me right where I wanted to be over the course of the loan. I highly recommend Hub City Ford and specifically Mark Seal. More
Mark Seal was very honest and nice. I had a certain type of vehicle I wanted to buy my wife. We found one on the lot here and it was way over my price range. Marl asked what my payment I had a certain type of vehicle I wanted to buy my wife. We found one on the lot here and it was way over my price range. Marl asked what my payment needed to be and I told him. He was actually able to get me a better intrest rate than my own bank gave me. And he came off the price enough to make it work for my family.
