Easiest experience I've ever had I just moved here March 1st from Illinois. The dealership I had purchased my vehicle from back home was an absolute nightmare. I brought my vehicle up I just moved here March 1st from Illinois. The dealership I had purchased my vehicle from back home was an absolute nightmare. I brought my vehicle up to this dealership trying to get help for a problem my previous location refused to help me with. I had bought the truck (cash, I might add) back in October. The day we drove the truck home, the driver side visor snapped and remained down. Shortly after, the passenger side visor did the same. I had to fight the dealership to get them replaced. In FEBRUARY, I finally received the visors but was told to install them myself. I brought my truck up here to the Crestview location for help. Not only did they install them that same day, but were the most friendly guys I've ever met in an environment that deals with sales. Trey Simmons and Vann Thomas are the reason that I will be doing business here from now on and the reason I will surely recommend this dealership from now on. More
