When he called to tell me the vehicle was done I asked for a quote for the suspected bad part that they couldn’t replicate without the engine light. When I arrived 20 mins later he didn’t have a quote ready, said he was busy with other customers and told me it’s roughly $200. Meanwhile 3 other service writers sat at their desk behind him not offering to help. Poor service team overall More

Way over priced and the issue I brought my car for and $450 and the issue still isn't fixed. Definitely not worth it. The cashier is very sweet but this location is a place I'll never return to. I've always took my car to the Ford dealerships to be worked on because I believe they should know what they are doing. I believe I was screwed money wise. My Ford Edge 2013 was there for almost 2 weeks because of spongy brake issue. No car loaner available the entire time. On the 9th day I was told it should be ready the next day after lunch. I came at 2:00sh p.m. and it wasn’t ready yet It was just sitting in the parking area. they started working on it only when I came so I had to wait for more than an hour. I had mentioned intermittent camera problem too sometimes it works sometimes it’s not I wanted it to be diagnose they said it works fine so I got my car and still having issues with the camera. I’m thinking of just taking it to a different Ford dealer who can help and they never return calls when you request to. More
