WORST EXPERIENCE....I purchased a slightly used 2017 F250 Black Widow with 6k miles on it in Sep 2018. Five recalls and a water leak later, starting to find out my "badass" truck is a LEMON. My truck has s Black Widow with 6k miles on it in Sep 2018. Five recalls and a water leak later, starting to find out my "badass" truck is a LEMON. My truck has spent probably well over a month total in the Ford Dealership for repairs. Two months after the warranty runs out, I get a leak that floods my floor, headliner and visor. My wife looks into it and low and behold there are hundreds of threads online about the same leaking issue and a couple possible locations that it is coming from. We bring it to Crestview Ford with the information we found online and they keep it for almost three weeks. NEVER calling us back. Once we called they said "we sprayed water on it and couldn't find a leak" then asked to keep it a couple more days while the next storm hits to see if it will leak....lol This place is a joke. Nonetheless, my truck wasn't fixed unless I wanted to spend thousands of dollars for them to remove the headliner and pour more water on it searching for a leak. This vehicle def needs to be bought back by Ford and pay it off in total as it has been a nightmare to have. Crestview Ford has also been a nightmare as the customer service there is lacking in every way. Most unprofessional people I have dealt with. They will put you on hold for someone who isn't even there then tell you they will call you back and they never will. I have purchased three vehicles from this store (HUB City Ford) and always had an issue with customer service, but this new management is a xxxx joke and needs to be replaced. Not a happy customer and def would not recommend anyone buying from this location. I know I will never give them business again..DO NOT RECOMMEND!! More
