The most unprofessional serives department in history from LISA P, the receptionist All the way to management they don't answer the phone you will be lucky if someone answers or you have to call the new from LISA P, the receptionist All the way to management they don't answer the phone you will be lucky if someone answers or you have to call the new car sales to leave a message with some one for somebody from the service department to call back. 3 weeks later (I was promised 1 week ) and they couldn't figure out what is wrong with my truck. They did an aliment and some issue with the battery pack module that they had to replace fyi truck had NO CODES since I just got and oil change and tire rotation a month prior. Alignment is missed up again that means something is causing the wheels to be off alignment I don't haul boats trailers no off road driving what so ever, etc. I will be turning in the lease with an unsolved problem. I had disappointed! I showed up around 5 PM to pick up my vehicle. The service dept. individual that I had dealt with could NOT find my paperwork. I had to wait until the ENTIRE service dept finally (after about 30 minutes) looked for my paperwork.... They were worried it was getting close to closing time!!! My paperwork was stapled to someone else order,,,,, I won't be back, Nor will I recommend your dealership to my friends & neighbors. More

I cannot say my service was a pleasant experience from the start. I had to call three times to connect with a person in Service to make an appointment. Finally on July 31st I reached a lady in Service t the start. I had to call three times to connect with a person in Service to make an appointment. Finally on July 31st I reached a lady in Service to make an appointment to get an oil change, rotate the tires and check into a shudder I was experiencing in the steering wheel during slow turns on my 2020 Ram 2500. The lady explained this would be major service and would take two days to diagnose the steering wheel issue. Well on Friday, August 2nd I never got a call. So, on Monday afternoon, August 5th after several call attempts, I reached a lady in Service. She told me the steering gear was bad, needed replacement and since my truck was more than three years old (three years and seven months since the purchase date), even though it only had 25,600 miles on it, this repair was not covered by any warranties. I asked what it was going to cost, and she advised more than $2,000 for this repair. I told her to please schedule the repair, since I need the truck. However, I found online through the Ram HD Forum that in August of 2020, FCA had published a Customer Satisfaction Notification W51 (CSN W51) for Steering Gear issues (a notification of damaged steering gears that had been used during manufacture). Thus, I contacted Stellantis Recall Assistance Center about this issue. Other than a long wait on the phone these people were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. They assigned my issue to a Case Manager. The Case Manager (Sai) worked very hard to reach me and discuss my issues. After explaining everything to him and the CSN W51 I found online, he said he would try to find that recall and contact the dealership. Sai later advised that he had a very hard time reaching the Sterling Heights Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & Ram dealership. He said they don't answer their phones, but he needed to find out from the dealership the estimated cost of repair. In the meantime I emailed Sai a copy of the FSA CSN W51 showing the bad steering gears that had been installed during manufacture. The interesting part, the last page of CSN W51 stated that this was a "FREE REPAIR"; however, when the dealership called me and advised the truck was ready to be picked up, there was a $100 deductible on the recall repair of the steering gear. Odd, that was not listed in the FCA CSN for the dealerships to follow. To top it off, when I got my truck home on August 9th, I check under the hood of the truck to find that there was no cap on the steering gear fluid reservoir. When I called the dealership back about this issue they wanted me to drive the truck back and spray more fluid all over my engine compartment to resolve this issue. Sterling Heights Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & Ram in my opinion uses unethical business practices, does very poor repairs, has the poorest customer care I have ever seen, and will never see me again. I will find another dealership for my services and vehicles. More
The salesman Gary Riashi was great. Helpful and accommodating. Clear and professional communication. Walked me through each step and got me a truck I’m very happy with.
