Service is terrible. I was never contacted when my Jeep wax ready. I called service and the phone rang for nearly 7 minutes before someone answered. Bill Reed the salesman is exceptional. He made my hubby and I feel like family. We have purchased or leased 5 cars with him so far and we are looking forward to the next purchase. They confirmed that he is professional and caring. He remembered our names after the first purchase. He takes his time to ensure you have the best deal for your money. The dealer has many choices and they are willing to find a particular car or color if they do not have it in their inventory. I remember one purchase that I had my mind set on and he showed me another car that I did not know they carried that had more special features which included the heated steering wheel and seats which saved me money.
