How car buying should be This is the 3rd car I've bought from this dealership in the last 3 years and I would think other dealers would do themselves a great service by trying This is the 3rd car I've bought from this dealership in the last 3 years and I would think other dealers would do themselves a great service by trying to copy Sterling Hyundai blueprint. I'm talking from the moment you step on the lot to a few years down the road still bringing your car in for the free oil change service, it's a smooth, no pressure atmosphere, a real break from other dealerships norm. My sales man, Neil Tuttle has always been honest, even steering me away from cars that were way above the cost of the car I came in for (I like expensive, cool cars, but my budget isn't that friendly to them lol) from the service guys, to the finance guy, hell, the manager even knows me, all really good people. There's no doubt I'll send whoever is looking for a quality, affordable car to Sterling. More
