Horrible communication and finance department. Traded in my Mercedes GLC 300 for 2024 Colorado about a month ago. They still haven't paid off the trade-in although it's the same bank as my origina Traded in my Mercedes GLC 300 for 2024 Colorado about a month ago. They still haven't paid off the trade-in although it's the same bank as my original loan. I have called EVERYONE in that dealership that would answer but I get the same story over and over--"it takes a while for finance to take care of it". It doesn't take finance that long to close a deal and start collecting for their bank. My bank is asking where my payment is for the trade-in which is putting me in jeopardy with my great credit. This is absolutely poor service. This dealership should NOT be putting customers in this predicament and creating this type of stress. I have purchased many vehicles in my life time and have NEVER experienced such a delay in paying off the trade-in. I will NEVER EVER buy another vehicle from this dealership again!!! Don't waste your time with this dealership!! More
