Always prompt got me in and out. .Has to get oil change. I like the fact that they do a multi point inspection your car and send you the video of any issues..They also offer Lyft for .Has to get oil change. I researched and tried to find a dealership that could accommodate me. My tuscon was not working I had 5000 cash to get fixed or trade car in. The staff was not responsive in timely manner they would not accommodate me. My tuscon was not working I had 5000 cash to get fixed or trade car in. The staff was not responsive in timely manner they would not give me an update in a timely manner. Time was important. If could not help should have told me quickly. By not responding I ended up having car wasted and had to get another car. I can't believe could not find a deal with .me having 5000 cash but you chose not to find out. The Fancy new location is a lot nicer than the old place. Eduardo Aviles was very knowledgeable and low pressure. There are 2 other Hyundai dealerships on the west side and they are much closer to our hous Eduardo Aviles was very knowledgeable and low pressure.
