I researched and tried to find a dealership that could accommodate me. My Hyundai tuscon was not working I had 5000 cash to get fixed or trade car in. The staff was not responsive in timely manner they would not give me an update in a timely manner. That was the biggest my car was there for weeks before I could get a response. Time was important. If could not help me should have told me quickly. By not responding I ended up having car wasted repossessed and had to get another car. I can't believe dealership could not find a deal with .me having 5000 cash but you chose not to find out. Eduwardo in sales was agent but went on vacation he said and was not responsive. No one else took over account and was able to help me. Did not respond in timely manner.

The biggest problem was feedback and response and being taken seriously as a customer. First it took about 4 weeks once i had car towed in before i could get anyone to tell me what was going on and then call the warranty company. Jacob Palmer was not responsive. I knew I had a time sensitive issue then I ask about trade in Eduardo took my initial information then i called back and they said he was on vacation i dont think he was. My credit was bad and i had negative cash flow but i had 5000 cash and a car that could be refurbished but the worst thing salesman and service people did was they were not responsive. I wish to give a positive shout out to Juan in service he was straight up and told me what was really happening but it took quite a while before he got to me in all my car was there 2 months before we found out warranty would not cover and could not get trade in . should have found in 2 weeks warranty would not cover and no more than two more weeks to tell me trade in would not work. I bought a new used car paid 4000 down for a 2017 Mazda and had to get car blue Hyundai 2918 there repossessed which i was trying to not have to do . I cant believe yall could not have worked out deal if i could buy one elsewhere.
