Bait and switch. .. Received an email saying "no dealer add ons" and the in person paperwork was over $8000 before ttl. $4000 over what was advertised online and an ad .. Received an email saying "no dealer add ons" and the in person paperwork was over $8000 before ttl. $4000 over what was advertised online and an additional $4000 in "add ons" including ceramic coating, gps etc. More back and forth traditional sales gaming of asking the manager, finally gave up and went to another dealership. Just be honest and don't say "no dealer add ons" to waste prospect's time. More

You can set a maintenance appointment and arrive to find out that there is a two week backlog for diagnostics.
