I took my truck in to get an oil change on Nov. 28th. When I did I was offered a free car wash. After 2 hours of waiting I finally asked what was taking so long and was told by Karim that “they are 28th. When I did I was offered a free car wash. After 2 hours of waiting I finally asked what was taking so long and was told by Karim that “they are washing it now.” Well when I got my truck back it wasn’t washed at all. To top it all off a few days after I took it in there was a noise coming from the engine compartment. When I looked inside, to my surprise was a can of brake cleaner in the compartment getting smacked around by the fan. Don’t think I will ever trust them with my truck again. More

Went in for oil change and Karim was outstanding. He walked me through everything and was very detailed. It takes 2 hours for a basic service. I had to go back because the service mechanic forgot to put the wheel lock back. That was frustrating to me because of freeway traffic.
