I made an appointment with this dealership for my Nissan Rouge’s oil and filter change and it was a thorough service. I was told that it could take up to 1-2hrs but my servicing experience was less than an Rouge’s oil and filter change and it was a thorough service. It was very well done with other complimentary perks such as battery check, tire threading inspection, break pad’s check, coolant check, other interior/exterior and under parts’ inspections, and also a free exterior car wash! The service attendant my car was assigned to was very kind and showed me to a pleasant waiting room area where complimentary beverages, as well as snacks for sale, were provided. I received text updates to track my car service procedures and a copy of the diagnostics report at the end with all the necessary details listed. I was more than pleased with this car service! More

Abraham was great but the service department wasn’t so good. I waited over 3hours for an oil change.
