No one ever explained to me the scam behind battery warranty until when I actually needed it and was told it was prorated 50 percent making me pay almost more than the cost of the initial battery. Buying cars from this dealership 2nd year in a row. Just so happened that I had the same salesperson and same finance manager handle the transaction this year. Received excellent and expedient service. Just so happened that I had the same salesperson and same finance manager handle the transaction this year. Received excellent and expedient service. Still took 4 hours to get out the door with the vehicle, but a great experience overall. Kudos to Mr. Maxwell for his knowledge and advice on the finance side of things. More
