I made an appointment online which was very easy. I made it to the dealership and the service team was working hard and fast checking in clients. I was out in about an hour. Up to this visit, I was always proud to have my Rogue serviced at Sterling-McCall Nissan. This time it was horrible and they made me feel unwelcome. It took more than 2 1/4 hours for an oil change. I would not get my text message updates as the WiFi was deemed ‘insecure’ and cell reception worse than spotty. It took my service advisor more than 2 hours to walk over and talk to me. This is unacceptable, especially for a dealership that prides itself in excellent customer service. Result? I chose to pay nearly $300 for a coupon-assisted oil change, and felt abused for being being loyal - no more.
