Hello Rudy, you mentioned that you would the opportunity to address my concerns, so I am responding. Just to inform you, prior to this visit, had a no issues with service. However, this time I was caught off guard not receiving the link to request the service that i wanted to choose, and bot being able to see video of technician servicing my vehicle. I've had been impressed with how your location services my vehicle, that's why I drive all the way from ROSHARON for it. Finally, I would just like to receive the service tech that I request going forward.
