Customer since 2019 I’ve had no issues at present however aways a different rep. Some reps better then others for customer service. I purchased my Pathfinder from Mossy Nissan. It’s only been 2 years and I only put 8k miles. I was afraid to drive it cause it kept shutting off. Mossy kept it for days and could not fix it. They even sent me an email to advise they would no longer service it. I reached out to Nikita and Annayha. They treated me with world class service. They remained in communication. The shop manager has over 30 years experience. He knew the issue and he fixed it. I highly recommend Sterling McCall Nissan. They get the job done. More
I am very happy with my service. I took my car in because I thought I needed new brake pads. After a thorough inspection, and two test drives, my brakes were fine. Waited over 3 hours for a 5k mile service even when I had made an appointment. Also, price shown in an email attachment was $40 less than what service advisor had printed out. When I questioned service advi made an appointment. Also, price shown in an email attachment was $40 less than what service advisor had printed out.
