I gave this dealership a 1 not because of the Sales person Jerry, because he was awesome, but because of the Finance Manager I closed my deal with Efrain Portillo. I had a friendly & excellent sales person, Jerry, but when it got to closing the deal my finance manger was horrible. Efrain is lazy and does not do his job. I left the car lot about 3 weeks ago in my awesome new ride only to be contacted by the bank I financed through saying they were missing lots of vital information in my file. I called the dealership immediately to see what happened only to get voicemail after voicemail and no results. About 3 days later Efrain returns my call and when I called him back on my break at work I got no response. I had to send the bank all the vital documents that the dealership had, but hadn't sent over. Now 3 weeks later I'm still dealing with issues and Efrain now returns my calls with an attitude and never taking ownership of his lack of work ethic and his failure to send over documents. When he did finally send over my file there were gross mistakes that yet again cost me more time out of my day trying to fix with bank. Overall this experience has been the worst and instead of enjoying my new purchase, I have been playing phone tag with the bank and finance company :( More

I got a used car from this place, a car which seems like they never actually looked at as far as detail or mechanic work. I got this vehicle almost a month now & I’ve had multiple issues with it. Issues that they said they were able to do for free. Bull****. I had to pay out of pocket for everything. Maintenance, the free tint they promised to a messed up part in my car. That’s with me having extended warranty on it. I was told from people not to get the car but because this is the car I always wanted I went for it. But xxxx was I a fool. The sales person pressured me every single time I kept wanting to leave. When I took it to get serviced a couple days ago they looked at me crazy saying if I had got the vehicle from here. They told me my car seemed fine there’s nothing wrong with it. Took it to a dealer where the vehicle is made from & they were able to figure out what was wrong with it. This whole experience has been horrible. I spoke with management still haven’t heard back. It seems like no one really cares here. Only out to get peoples money & make that xxxx sale. I can honestly say I was scammed & now I’m left with this. More

Now refuse to assist with a loaner or help with a rental period and this is completely,solely their fault. 4 times same issue remember. The time before this is was gone for almost 2 months. So be careful where you buy your car from, they might help get you out of there and smile in your face, but when you have a REAL problem, and it’s their fault.You are on your own..Which u stand to lose everything you have worked so hard for. And they can care less.PLEASE BE CAREFUL YALL.. More
I love the car I bought, but the salesman was very pushy to get me to finance with them even though I had my own financing. Also, I bought my car in May and still have no license in October. I have to keep asking for a new temporary plate. I filed a complaint about this, but am still waiting for my plates. Hopefully the call I made today will result in my plates. Fingers crossed. The finance guy Brent Maxwell was nice though. More
I arrived at the dealership at 10AM, I waited for the service adviser to give me an update. At ~12ish i texted back the number for an update and did not receive a reply. At 1PM I went back to front of th service adviser to give me an update. At ~12ish i texted back the number for an update and did not receive a reply. At 1PM I went back to front of the service area and was told my advisor was on lunch....When I did ask to speak to the manager he came said he would look into it and NOT ONCE did he ever follow up to see how I was and apologize for what happened. I have been coming for years here for service and this was the WORST. More
Deceptive pricing practices - I was interested in a Fiat 500X listed on their site for $18,288. I asked for the best price and a slaes manager named Sameer Lakhani responded that the best price was $17,000 500X listed on their site for $18,288. As this was acceptable to me, I was ready to go in, but fortunately asked for a complete price breakdown. I was sent the attached pricing sheet and was totally surprised to find $995 worth of accessories/service items tagged on as "fees". Their sales representative made the claim over email that they reduced the price by more than $1000 to cover the "fees" . I am not sure in which world tint, nitrogen and wheel locks are fees.. Anyway make sure you get a complete pricing sheet before you step foot in the dealership. More

Near the end of our 36-month lease of a Murano, our mileage was low so we purchased the car according to the lease contract provision. Much haggling as Sterling McCall insisted on a few extra fees, but eventually reached an agreement. And then, they "forgot" to cancel the autodraft lease payment and took one more payment from our bank account. So many attempts to reach them to fix the mistake, but just got bounced around. Finally, our bank agreed to file the payment as fraud, so they reimbursed us. Buyer beware with these guys. We'll also file a BBB report. More
We purchased a used car from them on Oct 23, 2020. As of this writing, nearly 9 months later, we still have not received the license plates for the vehicle. We have called, emailed, sent text messages and nothing. The name and address they they they sent them to included the wrong last name and an apartment number that does not exist. We are on our fourth set of dealer issued temporary plates but still nothing. More
Worst customer service ever, they do not care about you after you have bought a car. Took me 16 months to just get the money of extended warranty that had paper works completed! But they never reach out to you or answers the phone or email. they just put on a act like they care. its the same copy pasted response to everything. word of advise do not do any dealings with them! I received TWO phone calls, one while in meetings, which was why I told them to text me. I call the GM to complain the next day and I get a ZACH who calls me back, come on in we will give you a great deal. I am sitting at Jerry's O desk when a loud bang happens behind me, it was so loud I jumped out of my chair, I had to leave the showroom I was so shook up. (Here is a clue if your are going to hit a Gong behind someones head warn them first). So I'm lured back in by one of the sales managers, we are going to take care of you I'm told. My son received a discount at Nissan, when they presenting me with a $27,000 bill I asked where is my discount. Zach informs me it was taken off the top. I signed the deal even though I hated the car because I was emotionally drained, I sat waiting for financial person to close it. I had already written on the document it's self, I hated the car and after sitting for awhile I realized this was wrong. I called my friend who is a director at Fred Haas Nissan, I sent him the deal I signed and he instantly told me not only did S. McCall not give me my son discount, they did not give me ANY Nissan rebates. I bought the SAME car for $15,000. at Fred Haas Nissan the next day. I learned to love the money I saved and will live with brown and black interior. I sent ZACH & JERRY O. a picture of the deal I made at Fred Haas and told them I knew the truth of the scam they tried to pull on me. Zach told me my son only received a $100. discount LOL. What happens next, I get a Rose calling me from S. McCall this week, I told her in no uncertain terms to stop harassing me, I bought a Nissan. Next someone calls my boss and tells her my business. "We know she is unhappy over her last experience, but we want to bring her back in and make it right". My boss said , I don't know what this is about because it is not my business, but she has a new Nissan. HOW DARE YOU CALL MY BOSS. LEAVE ME ALONE, you tried to take advantage of a woman and you where called out on it. SHAME ON YOU!!!! More
