Sat Aug 4 I had an appt scheduled for inspection. I thought it was at 9am but turned to be 830am... It was very busy in service dept, I was told it would be a 21/2 wait... I'm assuming because I miss I thought it was at 9am but turned to be 830am... It was very busy in service dept, I was told it would be a 21/2 wait... I'm assuming because I missed my appt time. So decided to reschedule, as I was getting in my Jeep to leave a couple pulled into express service to get oil change... I heard them being told it would be a 4 hour wait 😱🤯. Today the 2 service employees seemed rushed. Guess I'm never accepting another weekend appt. Everyone is usually friendly and courteous.... And wait times aren't very long... Hhmmm! More
