The communication was good from the start I called to check to see if the car I was interested in was still available and they got back to right away telling me that it was still available to come on in check to see if the car I was interested in was still available and they got back to right away telling me that it was still available to come on in and take it for a test ride. I live in Baltimore and the dealership was in york pa. I ask the salesman did he need me to put something on car b4 I get there he said no he would make sure car was still available when I get there. I ran into this b4 in Virginia and they sold the car b4 I got there. Was very disappointed with the salesman. But when Tim told me no problem car will be there I knew I was going to buy that car. I just want to thank everybody who made this happen for me. I been looking long and hard for this car with everything I wanted in it and the color is very popular but hard to find. Once again thanks guys for making this happen. I have been very please with my new car and I get a lots of compliments. Car has been great More

Usual oil change I asked the service advisor to tell the mechanic to please wipe all oil from the tray under the filter and to make sure the filter is tight. In the past, I have had oil leak on my garage floor from both issues. The mechanic apparently ignored my request. Same old problem, oil on garage floor, oil on tray, and loose filter. In addition, the mechanic didn’t even reset the “Oil Change Required” setting. More
