The sales people are engaging and direct; there are no games, and they are not in a hurry to rush a person into a purchase. There is a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere in this dealership. The sales people are not back-biting enemies...My most recent purchase was a 2011 Dodge Avenger. The vehicle was immaculate upon purchase, and the paperwork was rapid, with no glitches. Several days ago, I brought my Avenger in to have a brake light fixture replaced (twisted gasket), and was in and out in ONE HOUR. They apologized for the "delay." There is a feeling of "family" in this organization. I am delighted to have finally found an auto dealership that I can trust. I wish them success that is commensurate with their excellence..
