I've encountered indifference, rudeness, incompetence, and even blatant dishonesty. But after buying my first vehicle from Stetler Dodge in York, Pa., (a 2003 Caravan), those negative experiences became history. The sales people are engaging and direct; there are no games, and they are not in a hurry to rush a person into a purchase. There is a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere in this dealership. The sales people are not back-biting enemies...My most recent purchase was a 2011 Dodge Avenger. The vehicle was immaculate upon purchase, and the paperwork was rapid, with no glitches. Several days ago, I brought my Avenger in to have a brake light fixture replaced (twisted gasket), and was in and out in ONE HOUR. They apologized for the "delay." There is a feeling of "family" in this organization. I am delighted to have finally found an auto dealership that I can trust. I wish them success that is commensurate with their excellence.. Accommodated our whole family, which is important because. Buying a car with two young children can be a challenge. When we wanted to meet to discuss financing, Austin was not available. Instead of farming us out to another salesperson, he was honest and said he was off the day we requested. That honesty was refreshing and much appreciated. We never felt rushed or neglected, even when. We were there after hours on a Saturday.

When we decided it was time for a trade the only place we went was Stetler and the first and only person we called was Austin Eberly. I went to them about 2 weeks ago and with my current situation, I thought it would be a long shot to walk out with a new vehicle. Not only did I walk out with the vehicle I wanted, I walked out with an interest rate better then expected and then a couple of days later they called back and said they had an even better interest rate for me. WOW!! I was shocked!! They were the most professional, courteous people I have ever dealt with. It was the smoothest, friendliest transaction I have ever had. If you are looking for a new Dodge or Jeep, it would be worth it to drive 50 miles for the friendly service!!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU STETLER DODGE!!!!!!!!

This is the 3rd car sold to my by Austin Eberly. Everyone at this dealership was friendly, helpful and the price was reasonable. The quality of Dodge is A!!!! The next time I am shopping for my next car it will be with Stetler Dodge. Their internet sales option was of great value in determining what vehicle I wanted. This dealer is AWESOME!!!
