Seriously, you can't go wrong buying a car from Jim Outstanding! Jim Mazzetti is fantastic! I bought my first car from him because that is who my parents bought their cars from. Fast forward 30 years, and I am still buying my cars from Jim. Why? Because he is the Best - Honest, Knowledgeable, Forthright, Professional, and Customer Focused.....isn't that what everyone wants from their salesperson? Jim takes the right amount of time to make sure he understands my needs and that I understand what I'm purchasing. Jim makes it easy to purchase a car. I can't imagine going anywhere else. After 30 years, Jim is selling cars at the same dealership because his reputation speaks for itself. More

The used sales manager is very rude 😔 I was preapproved for a loan already before I came in and they still ran my credit to about 6 or 7 lenders when I asked why thy said they were attempt I was preapproved for a loan already before I came in and they still ran my credit to about 6 or 7 lenders when I asked why thy said they were attempting to get me a better interest rate. I was up set about this! Then the cheated me on the price of the car and told me I had to buy one of the warranty or they wouldn’t be able to sell me the car for the price they had listed! The warranty raised the price over 2000! Like a fool I still got the car! I had a few scratch’s on the car that they promised to repair but they were on strike for months and I had to wait and after the strike was over I got the run around from the car salesman I had bought my car from he would ask me what day was good and tell me he would call me back with a time but never did! Right know my car is jerking when I break and Accelerate! This is my first time spending this amount on a car and it’s giving me more problems then any used car I have ever had in the time period I’ve had it! At this point I will never buy another car from them or refer anyone! I had a fire and lost everything after purchasing this car and they just added to my stress! I don’t have very much faith in this dealer ship or the car they sold me 😔😢 To add to this Eric the car salesman was not consistent with following up with me but every time I spoke with him he was polite unlike his manager who seems to have a really bad attitude when it come to customers!!!!! More
