Steve Hahn is one dealership that retains honest and integrity with clear communication throughout. Especially Atzy Carrasco! Now having purchased 2 vehicles from them and having sent over 1/2 dozen c integrity with clear communication throughout. Especially Atzy Carrasco! Now having purchased 2 vehicles from them and having sent over 1/2 dozen completely satisfied buyers with zero complaints and always communicating when a vehicle is being repaired or serviced; they prove a dealership can earn trust when there customers come first. She has moved up the ladder, and Alexis that handled our current purchase was amazing! As is the finance department. More
The Service Department at Steve Hahn Auto Group is not honest or trustworthy! On Dec. 17, 2025 I took my Kia Sedona into Steve Hahn Auto Group for the 90,000 mile service prior to going on a 4000 mile ro honest or trustworthy! On Dec. 17, 2025 I took my Kia Sedona into Steve Hahn Auto Group for the 90,000 mile service prior to going on a 4000 mile road trip the following week. I received our vehicle back with a noisy power steering pump which it did not have prior to the service. Brandon Winward, the service writer, said they did not touch the power steering system and did not take responsibility for the problem. Mr Winward lied! One of the service items was to replace the spark plugs and to do this, the intake manifold must be removed. The power steering hoses are attached to the back side of the intake manifold and the hoses have to be removed from the manifold. I had to have the power steering pump replaced in Phoenix which cost $1723.98. I sent Jared Lingle, the Service Manager an email and followed up with a phone call asking for reimbursement and never received a reply. Think twice before purchasing a New Car from Steve Hahn Auto Group because the service department is totally unreliable and dishonest! More

I bought a truck from this dealership. Pricing was fair and my initial salesman was great. Even though o bought a truck I have received no less than 10 other reach outs from other salesmen Pricing was fair and my initial salesman was great. Even though o bought a truck I have received no less than 10 other reach outs from other salesmen saying they are reserving the truck for me and it’s still available. Absolutely TERRIBLE organization from the dealership and I would not recommend putting your name in their system if you don’t want to be hounded over and over again, even after buying a vehicle. More
They lie about their inspection they make on used cars they sell. The AC broke 4 days after purchase, reason was they never inspected the cabin filter which cause the AC to break. Wish I could post a pic they sell. The AC broke 4 days after purchase, reason was they never inspected the cabin filter which cause the AC to break. Wish I could post a pic to show how filthy it looked, like it has never been replaced They said they would pay for the part if I pay labor. After work was done, they refused. They ignore calls and texts, especially Juan, the sales guy. If you do buy, please take a mech to verify what they claim to inspect. They bribe you with a $100 gift card for a 5 star review if you do it right there and then. So that says right there how they do business. More
My experience with the Steve Hahn Auto Group has been nothing short of a disaster once I drove off the lot. The car I purchased was presented as being in “great condition,” but once I drove off the lo nothing short of a disaster once I drove off the lot. The car I purchased was presented as being in “great condition,” but once I drove off the lot, the truth came out fast. There were unresolved Technical Service Bulletin, repairs that were clearly needed but never made, and issues that were either conveniently ignored or completely covered up. If the goal is to set a new standard for how many times a company can ignore a person and still call it “customer service,” the Steve Hahn Auto Group is absolutely crushing it. I’ve now contacted the dealership multiple times. You promised to look into my concerns and provide a resolution. Nothing. You said management would get back to me. Radio silence. I asked for a response by last week. And in true form, you ghosted me again. I'm starting to wonder if replying to customers is only available in your premium service tier, because it sure isn't part of the basic package. It honestly feels like their customer service strategy is to ignore complaints long enough that people just give up. This could’ve been resolved so easily with one person taking five minutes to actually try. Instead, it’s been nothing but deflection and a complete lack of respect for the customer. Do you all pass my emails around at your staff meetings like a motivational poster? “Hang in there! If you ignore them long enough, maybe they’ll disappear!” If so, I hope someone at least brought donuts to go with the collective apathy. Shameful doesn’t even begin to cover it. Buy at your own risk. More
I purchased my new vehicle a month ago. This was around 5 years ago and my mileage said 156k but the engine only had around 65k. I thought I would get a decent trade with them because they had replaced the engine and could work with me on the miles for a trade. That car was my baby and after 10 years I finally paid it off. I was basically given a print out of the Car Fax and Blue Book value of my car and it was around 4K. It was really hard to accept that amount for a trade but I did because my salesman told me the bank wouldn’t finance anyone more than that because of the miles. Stupid me gave them my car for 4K but I went in today to get my license plates and my car was on the lot for $11,999! I feel taken advantage of and betrayed but I should have know what I was doing before I let them hose me. More
