They didn't have the auto I wanted, but they worked to get it, and bring it to Grinnell. Then they added what I wanted. , Doug was great, patient, kind and considerate. The owner (Steve Link) came out, thanked me and shook my hand! I was quite impressed!

I just purchased my 3rd new Ford F-150 from Steve Link. I couldn't be happier with the whole process from start to finish. I wanted a very specific truck and they were happy to locate me one from another dealership. They didn't charge me extra to get it and made the trade and finance process seamless and very easy. I recommend them to all my friends and family!

Beware of the service department at Steve Link Ford! They are disreputable, unethical, unscrupulous, unprofessional, and downright offensive. The shop foreman is dishonest and a snake. The service shop here is a perfect example of everything that is wrong with this country. The employees at Steve Link Ford take no responsibility for what they do, nor do they even care about their customers. Their mission statement says they are highly qualified technicians who are dedicated to maintaining top tier customer service. That’s a joke and is quite frankly laughable. Their words don’t add up because the truth is not included in their statement. If they can’t honor their words, then they shouldn’t use them. I took my truck in for routine maintenance and got it back with a dent and a crease. Instead of accepting responsibility and providing the top tier customer service they claim to provide, the shop foreman acted extremely unprofessional and said I couldn’t prove it happened in the shop and it’s your word against mine. He refused to even spend five minutes investigating the issue. How hard would it have been to simply walk into the shop and ask the technicians or even simply look for something flaked with red paint? No one at this service center shows any responsibility, issues are all just swept under the rug, and the consumers are left with damaged property and a bad taste in their mouths.
